We left Port Canaveral, Florida on Easter Sunday morning after we all attended a
Easter Sunday Service on the beach at sunrise. A perfect start to Mojito’s North Atlantic Crossing. Nearly 5000 nm is waiting.
Sunday we had great sailing weather, 15 to 20 knots. We headed straight for the axis of the Gulf Stream, 120 nm off shore. Mojito, for really the first time in her life, spread her wings and boy, did she fly! Her toe-rail was nearly buried in the water.
